Refund Policy for Farlin.lk

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Breast Pumps and Accessories
  • Pacifiers
  • Soothers
  • Bottles and Teats
  • Any other products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. You will be provided with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
